How is shipping done and what is the cost?
Shipping is done directly to your door via UPS. Our shipping costs vary depending on standard or express shipping. A maximum of 5 kg is calculated per shipment. For shipping frozen products we recommend express shipping.
Where in the US do our shipments reach?
Shipments reach all US states except Hawaii and Alaska.
How will my shipment arrive at my door?
The shipment arrives in a sealed box. Inside the box, you’ll find a list of all the items included in the shipment.
